PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The Boat Hoist Crane, also known as a marine travel lift, boat lift, or yacht hoist, is a specialized material handling system designed for lifting, launching, transporting, and storing boats, yachts, catamarans, and various watercraft. Unlike conventional cranes, the boat hoist crane is engineered to safely handle vessels of various sizes, weights, and hull configurations—from small pleasure craft and fishing boats to large luxury yachts, commercial vessels, and military watercraft.
TECHNICAL DATA
APPLICATION
1. Marina & Boatyard Operations
Vessel Launching: Lifting vessels from storage racks or hardstands and gently lowering them into the water for seasonal launching.
Vessel Haul‑Out: Lifting vessels from the water onto hardstands for storage, cleaning, maintenance, or winterization.
Dry Stack Storage: Placing vessels into multi‑level dry storage racks, maximizing storage density in marina facilities.
2. Yacht Service & Repair Facilities Hull Cleaning & Pressure Washing: Lifting vessels for underwater hull cleaning, antifouling application, and pressure washing. Bottom Painting: Positioning vessels at comfortable working heights for hull painting, barrier coating, and antifouling treatments. Propeller & Shaft Maintenance: Providing access to underwater components for propeller replacement, shaft alignment, and running gear inspection.
3. Superyacht & Luxury Vessel Handling Superyacht Haul‑Out: Lifting large luxury yachts (40–100+ meters) for dry dock storage, maintenance, and refit projects. Cradle Customization: Using specialized, adjustable cradles to accommodate unique hull shapes, stabilizers, and appendages. Paint & Finish Work: Positioning superyachts at precise heights for high‑quality painting, polishing, and detailing.
4. Commercial Fishing Vessel Support Fishing Vessel Haul‑Out: Lifting commercial fishing vessels (trawlers, longliners, seiners) for maintenance and repair between fishing seasons. Propeller & Net Handling: Providing access for propeller replacement, net drum maintenance, and fishing gear installation. Hull Inspection: Lifting vessels for hull inspection, welding repairs, and structural assessments required for regulatory compliance.
5. Sailboat & Catamaran Handling Keel & Rudder Access: Lifting sailboats to provide access to keels, rudders, centerboards, and associated hardware. Mast Stepping: Lifting vessels to facilitate mast stepping, rigging installation, and standing rigging replacement. Catamaran Lifting: Using specialized wide‑beam configurations and multi‑point lifting systems to safely lift catamarans and trimarans.
6. Military & Government Vessel Support Naval Craft Handling: Lifting patrol boats, landing craft, and support vessels for maintenance, repair, and modernization. Coast Guard Vessel Maintenance: Hauling coast guard vessels for hull inspections, propulsion system repairs, and safety upgrades. Research Vessel Support: Lifting oceanographic research vessels for instrumentation installation, hull cleaning, and system maintenance.

FEATURES
1
Vessel‑Friendly Design: Multi‑point lifting with adjustable slings or cradles distributes weight evenly, preventing hull deformation, stress cracks, and surface damage common with conventional crane lifting.
2
Precision Control: Advanced hydraulic systems enable smooth, gentle lifting and lowering, essential for protecting delicate hull finishes, stabilizers, and underwater appendages.
3
Versatile Capacity Range: Available from 10 tons for small pleasure craft to over 1,000 tons for superyachts and commercial vessels, serving the full spectrum of marine industry needs.
4
High Maneuverability: Self‑propelled design with independent wheel steering allows precise positioning in confined marina spaces, boatyards, and service facilities.
5
Wide Beam Accommodation: Adjustable spreader beams and telescopic frames accommodate vessels of varying beam widths, from narrow sailboats to wide catamarans and superyachts.
6
All‑Weather Operation: Robust construction, corrosion‑resistant components, and weather‑protected systems enable reliable operation in marine environments year‑round.
