PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The Clamps Overhead Crane is a specialized material handling system designed for lifting, transporting, and positioning loads that cannot be safely or efficiently handled by conventional hooks, magnets, or grabs. Equipped with mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic clamping attachments, this crane provides a secure, positive grip on a wide variety of materials—ranging from steel coils and plates to paper rolls, drums, bales, concrete products, and irregularly shaped components.
TECHNICAL DATA
APPLICATION
1. Steel Coil Handling
Coil Storage & Retrieval: Lifting steel coils (hot‑rolled, cold‑rolled, galvanized, stainless) from storage racks, floor stacks, or shipping containers.
Vertical Coil Handling: Handling vertically oriented coils with specialized C‑hook clamps or vertical coil grabs.
Coil Inspection: Positioning coils for surface inspection, edge trimming, and quality control.
2. Steel Plate & Sheet Handling Plate Storage & Retrieval: Lifting and stacking steel plates of various thicknesses and sizes (up to 30+ meters in length) from storage racks. Plate Feeding: Transporting plates to cutting tables (plasma, laser, waterjet), shears, and press brakes. Plate Stacking: Stacking cut plates, blanks, and finished components for storage or shipment.
3. Paper Roll Handling Roll Storage: Lifting and stacking paper rolls (mother rolls, finished rolls) in paper mills, converting facilities, and warehouses. Unwinder Feeding: Transporting paper rolls to unwinders, printing presses, and converting machines. Roll Transport: Moving rolls between processing lines, storage areas, and shipping docks.
4. Drum & Barrel Handling Steel Drum Handling: Lifting and stacking steel drums (55‑gallon, 30‑gallon) containing chemicals, lubricants, paints, and hazardous materials. Plastic Drum Handling: Clamps with specialized gripping surfaces for handling plastic drums and intermediate bulk containers (IBCs). Fiber Drum Handling: Lifting fiber drums and composite containers with adjustable pressure to prevent crushing.
5. Concrete & Masonry Products Precast Concrete Handling: Lifting precast concrete elements—beams, columns, wall panels, hollow core slabs, and staircases—using specialized lifting clamps. Pavement & Curb Stone Handling: Moving concrete pavers, curb stones, and landscaping products from molds to curing racks and shipping. Manhole & Catch Basin Handling: Lifting concrete manhole sections, catch basins, and pipe sections with positive grip clamps.
6. Bale Handling (Scrap, Recyclables, Commodities) Scrap Metal Bales: Lifting compacted bales of ferrous and non‑ferrous scrap metal for loading into furnaces, railcars, or containers. Paper & Cardboard Bales: Handling bales of recycled paper, cardboard, and corrugated materials in recycling facilities. Plastic Bales: Lifting bales of PET, HDPE, LDPE, and other recycled plastics.

FEATURES
1
Secure Positive Grip: Mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic clamps provide a secure, positive engagement with the load, eliminating the need for slings, chains, or manual rigging.
2
Damage‑Free Handling: Adjustable clamping pressure, padded contact surfaces, and load‑sensing controls prevent crushing, scratching, marring, or deformation of sensitive materials.
3
Reduced Setup Time: Clamps engage and release loads instantly, eliminating the time required for sling attachment, adjustment, and removal.
4
Space Efficiency: Clamps often have narrower profiles than sling configurations, allowing operation in confined spaces and tight storage configurations.
5
Corrosion & Wear Resistance: Available with specialized coatings, stainless steel components, and wear‑resistant materials for harsh or corrosive environments.
6
Customizable Design: Clamps can be custom‑engineered for specific load shapes, sizes, and handling requirements, including rotating, tilting, or telescoping mechanisms.
