QE type double trolley bridge overhead crane, it is with two trolleys that works simultaneously or seperately, this crane is suitable to lift long materials, such as woods, paper tube, pipe and bar. Meantime, this type crane can be used in workshops, warehouse or outdoor stores in the factory and mines.Power supply for the main vehicle can be either through angle steel or safety slide wire. And operation can be done in the cabin(open type and close type), on the ground or through wireless remote control method.
It is an overhead crane system where the bridge (the part that travels along the runway) consists of two main girders. Mounted on top of these girders are two separate trolleys, each typically equipped with its own hoist and lifting mechanism. These two trolleys can often operate independently or in tandem on the same bridge.
FEATURES AT A GLANCE
2). Heavy duty slip ring motor, or Sq.cage motor with VVVF, IP54 or IP44, insulation class F or H, soft starting and smooth running;
3). Siemens main electric parts are used for durable and safe operation.
Key Features Explained
Dual Girder Construction: The use of two girders provides exceptional structural rigidity and allows for a higher lifting capacity and longer spans compared to single-girder cranes. The trolleys run on rails placed on top of these girders.
Two Independent Trolleys: This is the defining feature. Unlike a standard crane with one trolley, this model has two.
Independent Operation: Each trolley can move laterally (across the bridge) and lift loads separately, allowing for two different lifting points at the same time.
Tandem Operation (Synchronization): The trolleys can be synchronized to work together to lift extremely long, heavy, or unbalanced loads (like pipes, steel plates, or large molds) by sharing the weight between the two hoists.
Primary Function
The main purpose of this configuration is to enhance material handling efficiency and versatility. It allows for:
Handling Long Loads: Lifting long objects without specialized, long-lifting beams by using both trolleys simultaneously.
Increased Workflow: Performing two different lifting tasks in the same bay without needing a second crane.
High-Duty Cycle: Suitable for intensive applications where speed and frequent lifting are required.
