APPLICATION

1. Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Large Press Assembly: Lifting and positioning massive press frames, slides, and counterweights with synchronized trolleys for balanced handling. Turbine & Generator Assembly: Coordinated lifting of turbine rotors, generator stators, and casing sections during assembly and maintenance. Machine Tool Installation: Handling large CNC machining centers, boring mills, and planers with dual trolleys for stable transport and placement.

2. Steel Processing & Service Centers Long Steel Product Handling: Lifting and transporting extra‑long steel beams, rails, pipes, and structural sections using synchronized trolleys to maintain balance. Plate Stacking & Transfer: Coordinated lifting of large steel plates (up to 30+ meters) from stacking tables to processing lines. Coil Handling: Moving heavy steel coils with dual trolleys equipped with coil tongs or C‑hooks for secure transport.

3. Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Hull Block Assembly: Lifting and positioning large prefabricated hull blocks, deck sections, and bulkheads using synchronized trolleys for controlled placement. Engine Room Equipment Installation: Coordinated handling of marine diesel engines, gearboxes, and propulsion systems into vessel structures. Superstructure Installation: Lifting large accommodation modules, bridge sections, and superstructure assemblies with dual lifting points.

4. Power Generation & Energy Sector Gas Turbine Maintenance: Lifting and positioning gas turbine casings, rotors, and combustion chambers with synchronized trolleys for precise alignment. Generator Stator & Rotor Handling: Coordinated lifting of large generator components during installation, repair, and overhaul. Transformer Handling: Moving heavy power transformers (100–300+ tons) with dual trolleys for balanced transport and placement.

5. Wind Turbine Manufacturing Nacelle Assembly: Lifting and positioning heavy nacelle components (main shaft, gearbox, generator) with dual trolleys for balanced assembly. Tower Section Fabrication: Handling long steel tower sections through welding, coating, and finishing processes. Blade Handling: Coordinated lifting of long wind turbine blades for inspection, finishing, and packaging.

6. Aerospace & Defense Aircraft Fuselage Assembly: Lifting and positioning long fuselage sections, wing assemblies, and tail sections with synchronized trolleys. Rocket & Launch Vehicle Processing: Coordinated handling of rocket stages, interstage structures, and payload fairings. Military Vehicle Manufacturing: Moving large armored vehicle hulls, turrets, and chassis assemblies through production lines.

FEATURES

1

Dual Independent Trolleys: Two trolleys operating on the same bridge, each with its own hoist, allowing independent or synchronized operation.

2

Double Girder Construction: Two robust box girders provide superior rigidity, enabling wider spans and higher lifting capacities.

3

Synchronized Lifting Capability: Advanced control systems allow master‑slave operation for coordinated lifting of long, unbalanced, or oversized loads.

4

High Lifting Capacity: Each trolley typically ranges from 5 tons to 100+ tons, with total combined capacity up to 200+ tons.

5

Frequency‑Controlled Drives: Variable speed control on all motions ensures smooth operation, precise positioning, and energy efficiency.

6

Anti‑Sway Technology: Integrated systems minimize load swing during tandem lifts, enhancing safety and positioning accuracy.
