PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Offshore Cranes are heavy‑duty lifting systems specifically engineered for the challenging environments of the maritime and offshore energy industries. Designed to operate on fixed platforms, floating production units, drill ships, wind turbine installation vessels, and support vessels, these cranes must withstand corrosive saltwater, extreme weather, dynamic vessel motions, and demanding duty cycles.Safety, reliability, and precision are paramount, as these cranes handle critical loads ranging from subsea equipment to personnel transfers.
TECHNICAL DATA
APPLICATION
1. Offshore Oil & Gas Platforms
Drilling Operations: Lifting blowout preventers (BOPs), riser sections, drill pipe, and casing onto the rig floor.
Well Intervention & Workover: Handling coiled tubing units, wireline equipment, and downhole tools during maintenance.
Deck Management: Moving containers, skids, chemical tanks, and production equipment across the platform deck.
2. Floating Production Storage & Offloading (FPSO) Vessels Turret & Mooring Maintenance: Lifting chains, wire ropes, and anchor handling equipment for mooring system servicing. Cargo Offloading: Supporting offloading operations to shuttle tankers via cargo hoses and hose handling cranes. Subsea Infrastructure: Deploying and retrieving subsea trees, manifolds, and flexible risers using AHC‑equipped cranes.
3. Drill Ships & Semi‑Submersible Rigs Riser Handling: Lifting and stacking marine riser joints, telescopic joints, and tensioning systems. BOP Stack Deployment: Moving blowout preventer stacks from storage to the well center with precision. Subsea Equipment Deployment: Lowering and retrieving remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), tooling packages, and wellhead equipment.
4. Offshore Wind Farm Construction & Maintenance Turbine Component Installation: Lifting nacelles, blades, tower sections, and foundations (monopiles, jackets) during construction. Cable & Array System Handling: Laying subsea power cables and installing inter‑array connectors. Foundation Maintenance: Lifting access platforms, boat landings, and corrosion protection systems.
5. Subsea Construction & Intervention Pipeline Installation: Handling pipe joints, bends, and pipeline end terminations (PLETs) during lay operations. Manifold & Template Placement: Precisely lowering subsea production systems, manifolds, and protection structures to the seabed. ROV & Tool Deployment: Launching and recovering ROVs, trenchers, and intervention workover systems (IWOCS).
6. Dredging & Marine Civil Engineering Dredge Support: Positioning and maintaining cutter heads, suction pipes, and discharge lines on dredging vessels. Rock Dumping & Scour Protection: Operating grabs or fall pipes to place rock armor and filter layers around subsea structures. Bridge & Port Construction: Lifting caissons, prefabricated bridge sections, and marine piles from floating barges.

FEATURES
1
Compact Stowage: Knuckle boom and telescopic designs fold to a low profile, saving valuable deck space and improving vessel stability.
2
Corrosion Resistance: Marine‑grade coatings, stainless steel hydraulic lines, and sealed connectors ensure long‑term reliability in saltwater environments.
3
High Duty Cycle: Built to continuous operation standards (e.g., API 2C, DNV GL) with load charts validated for offshore conditions.
4
Adaptability: Wide range of lifting capacities (5–500+ tons) and configurations to suit any offshore asset—from small service vessels to massive fixed platforms.
5
Flexible Power Options: Available with diesel‑hydraulic, electric‑hydraulic, or fully electric drives to match vessel power availability and emission requirements.
6
Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics: Integrated sensors and telemetry allow condition‑based maintenance, reducing downtime and extending asset life.
