PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The Double Beams Insulation Type Bridge Crane is a heavy‑duty, heat‑resistant overhead crane specifically designed for extreme high‑temperature environments such as steel mills, foundries, forging shops, and glass manufacturing plants. Unlike standard cranes, this crane incorporates advanced thermal insulation and heat‑shielding technologies to protect its structural components, electrical systems, and operator cabin from radiant heat, molten metal splashes, and hot particulate matter.
The crane features a double girder construction for exceptional rigidity and load stability. The main girders, trolley, and hoist are equipped with multi‑layer thermal insulation blankets, reflective heat shields, and air‑gap barriers. The hoist motors, brakes, and limit switches are housed in heat‑resistant enclosures with forced air cooling or water‑cooled jackets. The operator cabin is fully insulated, air‑conditioned, and pressurized to keep the internal temperature safe and comfortable even when ambient temperatures exceed 80°C near furnaces or ladles.

APPLICATION
1.Aluminum Smelting Industry
In aluminum smelters, electrolytic cells generate large amounts of stray direct current that can damage conventional cranes and endanger operators. This double girder insulating type overhead crane safely handles anodes, cathodes, and molten aluminum pots by blocking current transmission through its insulated components.
2.Electrolytic Copper Refining Electrolytic copper refineries operate with numerous electrolyte tanks producing continuous low-voltage stray currents. This crane enables safe positioning and transport of starter sheets, cathodes, and scrap anodes without electrical interference or sparking risks.
3.Steel Mill Electric Arc Furnace Shops Steel melt shops using electric arc furnaces face induced voltages and ground return currents near high-power cables. This crane provides reliable scrap metal and DRI handling while protecting both equipment and personnel from harmful electrical exposure.
4.Non-Ferrous Metal Battery Material Production Lithium, cobalt, and nickel production often involves electrolysis processes that create electrically active environments. This crane ensures safe heavy lifting above electrolytic cells while preventing electrochemical corrosion on runways and trolley systems.
5.Carbon Baking and Electrode Manufacturing Carbon baking furnaces and electrode manufacturing plants require crane operation near high-voltage electrostatic precipitators and furnace busbars. This crane's double girder insulated design guarantees stable load handling without electrical interference to sensitive nearby equipment.
