PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The Semi Gantry Crane is a versatile material handling solution that combines features of both overhead bridge cranes and full gantry cranes. Unlike a full gantry crane which has legs on both sides running on floor-level rails, the semi gantry crane has one leg running on a floor track while the opposite side runs on an overhead runway beam attached to the building structure. This unique design makes it an ideal choice for facilities where one side of the crane runway can be supported by an existing building wall or column, while the other side requires floor-mounted mobility."

APPLICATION
1.This crane is widely used in loading docks and truck bays, where the overhead runway side attaches to the building wall or roof structure, and the floor leg runs along a track at ground level, allowing the crane to move along the dock to load and unload trucks, flatbeds, or shipping containers with ease.
2.It is essential in steel service centers and metal fabrication shops, where long bars, plates, or structural steel must be moved from storage racks to saws, presses, or welding stations, and one side of the crane can be supported by existing column structures for cost savings.
3.The crane is ideal for outdoor storage yards and scrapyards, where the overhead side is anchored to a building or canopy structure, while the floor leg moves along a rail embedded in concrete, handling scrap metal, pipes, concrete blocks, or timber in semi-weather-protected areas.
4.In manufacturing plants with lean-to extensions or attached warehouses, this crane bridges between indoor and semi-outdoor work zones, moving molds, dies, or heavy components from indoor production lines to outdoor staging or truck-loading areas without transferring loads between different cranes.
5.Additional applications include recycling facilities, paper mills, and foundries, where the semi gantry design allows the crane to serve both indoor processing equipment and outdoor raw material piles or finished goods yards, optimizing workflow with a single lifting device.
